You have a little something called✨Innate intelligence✨ Ever heard of it?

Maybe. Maybe not. But it’s true! YOU have it!

What does that mean?

Simply put; It means your body is designed to heal! ❤️‍🩹

How do we know this?

Ever had an illness, bruise, scratch or maybe even a broken arm? 😉 😉

Do you still have it? Probably not. Maybe it just happened. If so, give it some time and it will heal.

How??

Because it’s literally what bodies were designed to do. 🎉

They are powerful incredible vessels that have the ability to heal broken bones, mend scrapes, restore hormones, get over illness.

You’ve experienced it many many times. 🤘🏻

So, as you start this new year. Remember that even if your health is at an all time low- your body knows what to do. Truly, your body is hard at work trying to help you.

“Not so! My body hates me and hurts all the time!”

First off, we are sorry! That’s seriously such a bummer. Secondly, it’s actually a great example of it trying to heal!

How?

The symptoms you see or feel like: fatigue, achey ness, headaches etc. those are all loving signals from your body to alert you that something needs attention!

How cool is that?!

The best thing about it all is that when given the proper care and allowed time to do its thing your body can repair itself in most instances.

What a miracle!

One month old, baby L, getting an adjustment. 🥹🥹🥹

She had been struggling with constipation so her mom asked Dr. Adam to check her out. Little L slept through the whole thing and mom reported shortly after that things got moving! Amazing!

Chiropractic care is for all bodies! From 1 month, to 100 years. It can help us with a plethora of things and can even be gentle enough to sleep through 🥳
