One of the biggest misconceptions we hear is one colonic is just going to "clean you out" from years of toxicity and abuse. The reality is, your colon is like any other muscle, and it takes time to strengthen, like any other muscle. The upside is the colon can strengthen and tone fairly quickly. Being in the industry for nearly two decades, we have found that 12-15 sessions is a great foundation and allows you to experience what colonics can do for you. Once you've opened that channel and strengthened that muscle, you can do colonics on a maintenance basis (varies person to person) and have very productive and effective sessions.
