Wellness Wednesday 7pm EST

Tomorrow for Wellness Wednesday, I’m breaking down the lymphatic system in a way will hopefully make complete sense!

We’re going to talk about how the lymph is like the housekeeper of the body, how it helps keep the blood clean so the cells can be nourished, where lymph waste actually goes, how to support the drainage pathways so lymph can stay clean, when to slow down, and when it may be okay to gently move things faster.

I’ll also go over the 12 hour overnight urine check for kidney filtration because it’s such an important piece before pushing lymph.

A space to slow down, learn how to support your body, and actually understand what it needs to heal; through nervous system, diet, lifestyle, and herbal support. This week we will be talking about utilizing food as fuel, so if you’ve been dealing with low energy this is for you!

A gentle breathwork & meditation session to help you release the week, regulate your system, and come back to yourself. This week we will be doing a present self meditation, taking time to get clarity on our current direction.

I haven’t taken over-the-counter meds in over 8 years… and no, that doesn’t mean I just sit around waiting to feel better.

It means I support my body immediately when it starts speaking. Because symptoms aren’t the enemy… they’re literally just your body’s way of communicating its needs.

After the fire… there was no time to process.

As our house was still burning, we were already being handed business cards for insurance adjusters.

People telling us what to do next. Where to go. How to move forward.

And we had to just keep going, do all the things we were expected to do even though we hadn’t finished processing that we lost every material item we owned.

We pushed it down, held it together… we just kept going.

But the body doesn’t just forget. It holds onto our trauma until we allow ourselves the space and time to process.

And tonight… is an invitation to give your body something most of us were never given…

Time. Time to feel, to process, and most importantly to let go of anything it’s been holding onto.

8 years ago, I was trying everything to feel better… and nothing was really working.

Not because I wasn’t trying hard enough, if you asked me no one tried harder, but because my body was overwhelmed and stuck in survival mode.

There was so much conflicting information, detoxes that made me feel worse, and no clear direction. I was doing all the “right” things… and still felt stuck.

Everything changed when I started to truly understand how the body works.

I began keeping what supported me, letting go of what didn’t, and deepening my education. That’s when things finally started to shift.

I know there are so many people in that same place… doing their best, trying everything, and still not feeling better.

So I’m creating something different.
