It came from realizing how much of me was built around being accepted. I started noticing how often I would adjust myself depending on who I was around, and I didn’t even catch it at first because it just felt normal. Over time, though, I started feeling off, like something wasn’t really me anymore. That’s when it hit me that I wasn’t actually being rejected, I was abandoning myself first. Letting that version of me go has been hard, but also really freeing. If you’ve been feeling off lately, it might just mean you’re outgrowing that version of yourself too 🤍

We work together as a mother and daughter, connecting people with loved ones who have passed.

Our focus has always been evidential mediumship — meaning we’re not just sharing feelings or general messages.
We’re looking for real, specific details that help you recognize who we’re connecting to.

Things like personality, memories, relationships, or even small, random details that wouldn’t mean anything to anyone else… but mean everything to you.

We keep everything very grounded and honest, and we share what comes through as we receive it.

Right before one of our small group mediumship events at Natural Healing Centers
every group is different but somehow it always ends up being exactly what someone needed

we say this all the time — healing has nothing to do with letting them go

and honestly, a lot of people don’t want to heal at first
because the pain still feels like a way of staying connected

but over time, that kind of connection is heavy
it keeps you stuck in the loss instead of the relationship

healing doesn’t take them away
it just changes how you experience them

so it can feel like love again
not just grief

that’s why it matters

just to settle into the space
and make sure it feels safe
physically and energetically
because people walk in carrying a lot but
you’re not meant to hold everything on your own
your loved ones, spirit, whatever you connect with
there is support there

sometimes people just need a space to actually feel that. 💜

the subtle things

we don’t usually share this part of the session -
before every reiki session, both carol and i take time to tune into your energy and choose crystals intuitively — placing them beneath your pillow before you come in.
not for aesthetics just as an added layer of intention.

there are a lot of small, unseen ways we prepare the space because we really honor what your system is moving through even if you’re not fully aware of it yet.

healing isn’t always in the obvious parts of the session.
a lot of it happens in the subtle, quiet ways your body begins to feel safe enough to open.
