I’ve learned you can tell a lot about someone — and about yourself — just by listening to the way a story is told. ✨ The words we choose, what we focus on, even what we leave out… can reveal the beliefs we’re carrying without even realizing it. When you start noticing these patterns, you can see where they came from — and that awareness can open the door for real healing. 💛

I get asked this all the time —
“Is mediumship just a gift some people are born with?”

I tried to keep this under 3 minutes but honestly… I could talk about it for an hour 😂
Here’s the short version:
It’s not a gift. It’s not some rare thing only “special” people have.
It’s an ability — something you can grow, strengthen, and reconnect with.
It’s about becoming sensitive to the energy all around you — the seen and unseen — and learning how to trust it.
We’re all born with the ability to tune in. Some of us just forgot how.
