Very grateful to have the clients and friends that I have made throughout my career. The amazing part of personal training is that you also personally connect with each and every one of your clients on a very “personal” level. Glad to have been presented with this opportunity. Scott has been my client for over a year, we have been doing in-home sessions and focusing heavily on legit boxing, which he has grown immensely skilled at.
Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to all who celebrate.

My client just a month ago was maxing out at 50lbs….however now shes at 105lbs. The key to going up 50lbs in just 1 month is to apply progressive overload by adding more weight little by little each session

Anybody who struggles to get low enough during squats or deadlifts, or for people concerned about hurting their lower back, this trick is designed to alleviate that problem by keeping the weight forward so you wont fall backwards while squatting down

My client Arthur going hard on Barbell Shoulder Press. Always a great idea to set up the squat rack spotters to prevent injury from the weight falling.

A good way to stretch the back. Hanging is a very effective way to decompress the spine, however, if the legs are not forward or elevated, it can lead to the opposite effect. Anyone with back pain, try this out. Especially before/after deadlifting or squats
