Coping Together

Coping Together was founded in 2013 with the desire to educate parents and families about mental health awareness relating to children and how it affects their academic progress in school. As time went on the organization grew and started providing mental health counseling for individuals with developmental disabilities. We provide mental health counseling services to help individuals with develop

mental disabilities address life’s challenges and achieve personal goals in order to experience a higher quality of life. We partner with support agencies & group homes in the Chicago land area to provide therapy approaches for all levels of emotional or physical development. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, and Solution Focused Treatments.
