It’s interesting to note that today is Valentine’s Day, a day of love and giving. Today is also Ash Wednesday, the start of lent, a period of giving-up. It’s okay to give to the one(s) you love. It’s also okay to give up whatever guilty pleasure(s) you wish to. This year, I challenge you to do differently, don’t just give to and give up, but also give down. Give to the less fortunate, (trust that there’s always those that are less off than you). The destitute neighbor you’ve never spoken to, the homeless from whom you often cross to the other side or just a stranger along the way.

Share your stories, not the who, why, where or what. Just the HOW. How did you get it done and how did it make you feel. Use the hashtag . You have from now until Easter to start your journey.

Many marriages failed because partners are looking for perfection. I’m here to tell you that perfection is a myth, created by those who are either egotistically overinflated or too lazy to keep working/trying. Marriages also failed because the partnership is entered with unrealistic expectations. You are who you are and that’s the plain truth, you’ll never be anyone else and therefore will not fulfil the figment of even ordinary imagination…You are seeking love…you are seeking companionship…
…we are seeking sanctity.
