P.S. obviously flavors rotate, so the pictures you see in this post may not be what is on offer right now. 👀Also - some of these places SPECIALIZE in donuts, others just offer them most of the time (but will occasionally run out for a while). So just because they’re on the list.. doesn’t mean they’ll be in stock today 🙌

This just in! just announced their NEW vegan flavor available now in Orlando: the Neapolitan 🍫💝

Item description: Layers of strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla dough, dipped in a vegan vanilla-bean glaze and finished with crushed Oreos 😍

As a certified strawberry-lover, this addition is very exciting to me! The Oreos on top are also 👩‍🍳 *chefs kiss*

You can get this delicious bite at their Orlando location located at: 3025 Corrine Dr Orlando, FL 32803 United States (right next to east end market)

Did someone say secret menu? 🤫

Did you know that the Sommerfest quick service stand at EPCOT’s German pavilion has a top-secret, off menu vegan bratwurst option? 🤯🇩🇪

Truth be told, I didn’t even know the Sommerfest stall existed until yesterday! It’s tucked wayyyyy back in the pavilion by the entrance of the buffet.

Once you find this top-secret spot, you can ask the person who takes your order for the off-menu vegan version of the bratwurst. 🌭

Here’s what that will change to your order:
1. The bratwurst will be subbed for a vegan bratwurst
2. The pretzel bun will be subbed for a gluten free bun

Some folks report it taking a long time to get their veganized order (20 min or so) but we didn’t have that issue.

Is the lack of pretzel bun a wee bit disappointing? Obviously. But the bratwurst was pretty good - especially with the sauerkraut 🙌

There is also a MASSIVE pretzel available at the same stall that is vegan by default but we didnt get it this time. 🥨

Live Blues + Vegan Food 😍

I recently got to enjoy a live blues performance at the for the first time and was BLOWN AWAY!

This is seriously the best date night idea in Orlando 🙌🙌🙌

is one of the venues within the - and it’s dedicated to music. It’s smaller and more intimate- and they also serve food and drink!

The vegan selection isn’t - how do you say - *super* impressive but the cauliflower we got was pretty delicious! And the overall vibes made up for the lack of plant based options :)

The cauliflower was also gluten free!

Date night idea alert 🔔 🚨

I have ALWAYS wanted to ride the for a lunch or dinner cruise so I am STOKED I not only got to ride it this week but also see they had such good vegan options!!! 🚢🌱

We did a Christmasy lunch cruise. 10:30am boarding, 11am sailing, and return at 2pm. Unsurprisingly the lake was BEAUTIFUL and so was the river. I loveeeeeed all the seating areas across the boat to just sit and take it all in 🙏🙏

As for the meal:
- The breads are not vegan, but you can ask them to veganize your salad.

- There are two vegan entree options (photos in the post). Make sure to clarify you want them vegan!

- Although the carrot cake dessert is default and is listed as GF and vegan you MUST request the vegan version(which is different than the default one) 🤷‍♀️ personally, I think they should modify their key to that the vegan icon says “can be made vegan” rather than simply “vegan”. It causes some confusion at our table.

As always - double check with your server if something truly is vegan. The key was a little confusing and the staff also seemed to be a little confused.

I very much appreciated the effort into vegan items on the menu. Were they perfect - no - but I was grateful!

Would I do it again? YES! So pretty. I loved it!

Yup - the rumors are true…

being a hyper-local vegan foodie micro-influencer doesn’t pay the bills 🤣 what a shocker!

The real reason I’m making this post is to show ya’ll the heart behind the content I create.

It’s not for $$$$ (clearly)
It’s not for comped meals (this occasionally happens but it’s definitely not all the time)
It’s not for a massive following online

But it’s because I see this as a form of service:
- to my Orlando community, who I love so much
- to vegans, vegetarians, and folks interested in being the solution with a plant-based lifestyle
- to the planet, and my prayer for its repair
- to every sentient being that is unjustly slaughtered every second of every day

It’s not that this account will “solve” anything. That’s a little ambitious. But hopefully it will convince someone out there that vegan food isn’t gross. It can actually look and taste AMAZING. And that making this small shift can, in some way, change the world!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for a wonderful 2025. More exciting things to come in 2026 :)

Did you know you can try up to 16 FLAVORS of bars in one $20 box? 😎

Valhalla Bakery - of course - is indisputably the most famous vegan bakery in the Orlando area (they also have a location in St Pete). They sell all sorts of vegan cakes, pies, tarts, savories, cupcakes, and of course these vegan “bars” which folks obsess over. 🎂 fun fact: they made my wedding cake!

Famous “bar” flavors include Cookie Monster, Tiramisu, Nanaimo, Death Bar, Pistachio Rose, S’mores, Brookie - and all manner of seasonal items on rotation! 😍

The “Taste Me” box is a way to try various bar flavors in nice little chunks (not full sized bars). It’s super cheap too - only $20 last time I’ve checked. The offering has limited quantity every day and cannot be ordered ahead online. There’s zero guarantee they’ll even have one the day you roll up. And I think it goes without saying but you can’t request specific items to be included in the box :) it’s absolutely a roll of the dice! 🎲

Every day is different - with different combinations of items, different quantities available, and different # of bars included - but the result is the same, DELICIOUSNESS 🤤🤤🤤

Who knows… maybe the next time you roll up you’ll be able to score one!! 🙌🙌🙌
