On March 12th, Michael Hearts Academy, Inc. had the incredible opportunity to attend the Magic of Inclusion Night hosted by the Orlando Magic at the Kia Center. 🏀✨

This special evening celebrated diversity, inclusion, and community, bringing people together to recognize the importance of making sure everyone feels valued and supported. Our students and supporters enjoyed an exciting night of basketball while experiencing the power of unity and belonging.

Events like this remind us why we continue our mission of empowering youth, creating opportunities, and building inclusive communities.

Thank you to the Orlando Magic for hosting such an inspiring event and for supporting inclusion in our community! 💙

We’re excited to announce our G.R.O.W. Career Camp: Guide, Reskill, Optimize, Win!
This 20-hour VR-approved camp helps youth build real-life skills, explore career pathways, and gain hands-on work-based learning experience.

📅 In-Person Session:
March 16, 2026 – March 20, 2026
⏰ 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (No makeup days)

💙 Autism Sunday reminds us of the importance of awareness, acceptance, and understanding. Our officers are committed to serving every individual and family in our community with care and compassion.

The Apopka Police Department's Special Needs Registry Program provides decals free of charge to people within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Apopka who register. These decals alert First Responders that there is an individual in the home or vehicle that may have limited communication, may require additional time to process, respond to and/or comply with verbal commands, may hide, wander off, or may have no awareness of danger. This program is not exclusive to individuals with Autism, but to anyone who may have special needs.
