Let’s cut the s**t. You need to go to sleep and stop doom-scrolling.

Two ways to set yourself up for better sleep:

1️⃣ Drink your coffee before 3 PM.
Caffeine has a long half-life, meaning it stays in your system way longer than you think. That “one late cup” is usually why you’re wired at night and struggling to fall asleep.

2️⃣ Buy an alarm clock.
Turn your phone off and put it outside your room. This breaks the habit of waking up and immediately checking your phone — and yes, it makes a difference.

Sleep isn’t optional. It’s foundational.
