Y’all…I had these cute little shorts for about a year! I had forgot about them because I couldn’t fit them at all!!!! I went out with my family the other night, I was looking for something to wear and I found these at the back of my closet…I said “I been working hard, forgot about these..let’s see if they fit!!!”….child I put these cuties on ya girl fit them!!!! And was cute af!!!!!

When you work hard, you play harder!!

Princess asked for a smoothie but she doesn’t like it so smoothie-ish lol asked her what she wanted she said “water, sugar and juice” me…ohhh no mama..we don’t even have sugar…so told her I got her!!

Herbalife Herbal Tea with Raspberry Lemonade and Lemonade juice…best part = NO SUGAR!!! So flavorful and absolutely no sugar!!!

Quick 30 minute workout after getting into my Word. Get my daughter up and we get rewards for the day. Before I leave I make sure I get my shake!! If I can do it, you can do it. Waking up 30 minutes early to get it in!!!

My mindset for 2023 is ALIGNMENT and DISCIPLINE!!! Aligning my thoughts, actions and life with the plans God has for me! Keeping myself disciplined to workouts, reading the Bible daily, and drinking 1 gallon of water a day!!!

Sooooo on 9/6 I started a 21 Day Hard Challenge💪🏾…on 9/27 I finished that challenge!! 💪🏾💪🏾 Here are my results!!! I still got some ways to go but I’m proud of myself!!! Just replacing 2 of my meals with a HerbalLife meal replacement and protein shake and making that one meal healthy and good!!! I did my workouts Tuesday & Thursday and daily walks. I had hard days and easy ones but at the end of it all…I DID IT!!! My next focus is this back fat..it gots to GO!!!! WHOSE HITTING THIS NEXT CHALLENGE WITH ME?? DM me if you’re interested!!!

Transparency..it’s Meah

So I did a thing…I’m always doing something!! 😂 Anyways..I started a 21 Hard challenge inspired by the 75 Hard Challenge by and through these next 21 days (today is day 3) I’m focused on building the healthy lifestyle with great support from my coach Spinderella Fitness Orlando

It’s not about motivation but DETERMINATION. If you know me and my child, you know that she is a very active and I want to be the example for her! When she’s training for gymnastics, I want her to know that her mommy is here every step of the way! Not just getting her to practices and meets but also at home, giving her good and healthy meals and motivation! I want to be on this 🌍 for my baby as long as I can!

I come from families with high blood pressure, diabetes and a host of other issues. I WILL NOT, be another! 🙅🏾‍♀️

Determination comes from within! This challenge is pushing all my limits. If you know me, you know water intake is my downfall 👎🏾 In this challenge I have to drink at least 1 gallon a day. 💦 I workout 2 days a week at Spindereela Fitness Studio but beyond that, I now have to workout 2x a DAY with 1 workout being outside. I am determined, more than ever, to succeed!!

The winner takes the cash pot 💰💰 but it’s so much to gain beyond that!!! Herbalife going to get me to the🔝
