Nothing like ending the day with an afternoon walk. It’s a full family event bringing the dog and my nene lindo. I’m grateful to move my body which allows me to look let go of the stress of the day. Even though it just for 10 or 15 minutes. My day feels like it’s closed out and I’ve been able to shift physically and mentally into our evening routine.
