Jeniffer Revell a first-generation born to Haitian parents and grew up in a home that thrived on natural remedies. She watched her mother provide herbal consultation and remedies to many people in the community. Dominique Revell Bahamian descent grew up with the knowledge of health mainly being sourced through pharmaceutical care. After living with In-laws for 3 years and learning the health benefits of natural remedies through his mother in law, his perspective on health and sustaining it has changed.

Now he is embarking on the journey of becoming an herbalist in the community. Jen took a step further and became a Doula and actively work with women’s reproductive needs through education and herbal consultations. Both inspired by the work of a family matriarch. They are constantly learning and growing their knowledge on medicinal usage of plants through Chinese Medicine, African Traditional Herbal Remedies, Haitian Traditional Herbal Remedies, and Bahamian Traditional Herbal Remedies.

We believe we have just scratched the surface with our knowledge and just like Elephants who join together and teach each other the traditions of the past we believe our growth comes from constant education from our community. We also take pride in educating our community and providing resources to meet their needs.
