My mother in law has HUGE BUSH AND TREES! HER GARDEN IS SO INSPIRING! Every herbalist's dream is to have a huge garden full of Trees and medicinal herbs. The first tree are the seeds that makes Haitian castor oil and the 2nd tree is Moringa tree! ,❤️

Jen planted some ginger near the porch and we wasn't sure how to harvest it. Until she said you know what let's find out! And here is our first ginger root! 😀🫚 So excited! As everyone knows ginger is one of the main go to herbs for a lot of ailments.

From fevers, aiding digestive system, vitamins. A very powerful and potent herb when it hits your throat!

Just amazing ❤️

This plant grows between June and September 🌞

Hey Guys Check Out this plant! If you ever heard of Mullein this is what it looks like. I finally decided to pullover of the busy road to take a picture of this. Every year around this team I would see this tall plant with yellow flowers on it. This plant usually comes up around spring time I noticed.

An herbalist by the name of
Karen M Rose said in a lecture whatever plant you see throughout the neighborhood is what your community needs. And we'll she's right! Have you notice how much Pollen there is this season?

Mullein is a great herb for allergies and other cool benefits.😉

Jeniffer Revell a first-generation born to Haitian parents and grew up in a home that thrived on natural remedies. She watched her mother provide herbal consultation and remedies to many people in the community. Dominique Revell Bahamian descent grew up with the knowledge of health mainly being sourced through pharmaceutical care. After living with In-laws for 3 years and learning the health benefits of natural remedies through his mother in law, his perspective on health and sustaining it has changed.

Now he is embarking on the journey of becoming an herbalist in the community. Jen took a step further and became a Doula and actively work with women’s reproductive needs through education and herbal consultations. Both inspired by the work of a family matriarch. They are constantly learning and growing their knowledge on medicinal usage of plants through Chinese Medicine, African Traditional Herbal Remedies, Haitian Traditional Herbal Remedies, and Bahamian Traditional Herbal Remedies.

We believe we have just scratched the surface with our knowledge and just like Elephants who join together and teach each other the traditions of the past we believe our growth comes from constant education from our community. We also take pride in educating our community and providing resources to meet their needs. The Information and the products we provide are NOT Intended To Replace Medical Treatment, Serve As A Cure For Existing Un-wellness Or In Anyway Hold Medical Claims.
