I saw how my lifestyle, and the lifestyle of musicians and other roadies, could be tough on one’s mental health. I wanted to learn the skills to build not only a better life for myself, but also for those I spent years working amongst. n the world. Since becoming a therapist, it has been a humbling and healing journey working with others to learn what helps to build a fuller life.
I approach therapy with a strengths-based perspective and believe every individual has the innate ability to heal. In my practice, I utilize various evidence-based therapy models - EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Relational Cultural therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy.
