La sanidad no es lineal. Por eso la sanidad es un proceso de altas y bajas, con la percepción de que a pesar del progreso podrías experimentar recaídas y/o reciclar antiguas conductas. Y de hecho en el camino hacía la sanidad hay recaídas. Lo importante es entender que la sanidad toma tiempo, no es fácil, se tienen recaídas, se reciclan antiguos patrones de conducta, mas si persistes retomando el camino hacia la sanidad eventualmente veras los resultados.

Recientemente cambié de trabajo, lo que resultó ser un proceso complicado y estresante, ya que tengo un gran cariño por mis pacientes. Sin embargo, descubrí que los pacientes no son míos, sino que simplemente brindo un servicio por el cual se me paga y que pertenece a la corporación que represento. Esto implica ciertas restricciones cuando dejo de ser parte de esa corporación. Me sentí muy apenada, ya que con muchos de mis pacientes anteriores también había establecido una relación de amistad. Les comparto esto para que sepan que, si alguna vez han tenido un excelente médico que luego desapareció de su vida, es probable que les haya dolido.
