I know I haven’t been super active here lately… life has been busy behind the scenes as I’ve been pouring my heart into something really special.

A couple of weeks ago, I launched my 6-Week Deep Dive into Breathwork, and we now have 9 incredible souls walking this journey together. We’ve only just wrapped up Week 2… and already the results are blowing me away.

This isn’t just about releasing stress, clearing your head, or feeling a little lighter (though all of that is happening too). The transformations go so much deeper:

✨ Someone who’s lived with depression for years is finally feeling clarity—and little sparks of joy again.
✨ Another uncovered the root belief that it wasn’t safe to be alone… and is now giving themselves permission to let the armor down.

This is what it looks like to witness a soul come home to herself.

Tears streaming down my face, heart cracked wide open…
because in this exact moment, I watched a woman scream her soul free.

A scream so loud, so fierce, so primal—
it shook the air.
It shattered silence.
And then… she collapsed, breathless.

Not from exhaustion, but from release.
That kind of scream isn’t just noise.
It’s alchemical.

It breaks apart the frozen neural pathways of trauma…
It rewires your nervous system by disintegrating the old scripts—
the ones that whispered:
“Be quiet.”
“Don’t be too much.”
“Play small. Stay safe.”

But not today.

Today, that scream obliterated lifetimes of conditioning.
In 9D Breathwork, we use the breath to access the subconscious,
but it's in the expression—the yell, the sob, the surge of sound—
where the body says:

“I’m done carrying this.”

And you rise.
Lighter. Louder. Limitless.

This photo?
It’s not just me crying.
It’s me remembering what it means to witness a rebirth.
To hold space while someone burns their old story to the ground.
And takes their first breath in as a entirely newly rewired human being!
