Y'all! It's been almost 1year since I've made an actual post😅 My stories are always the first to see it😜 Little Update and more fitness/progress to come- Family and Business are going great🥰 Lots of ups and downs with my fitness, finding a good routine and adjusting to 3 kiddos is hard but finding my rhythm💪 My body always holds on to a little extra weight when I nurse so keeping consistent and positive helped through all that now it's crunch time! I've been cycling on and off with the Carnivore die(our bodies are incredible). I've loved it so far. More details to come on that as well. Thanks for being here, love y'all 💪❤️🤘

Hope Everyone had the Best Christmas!❤️🎄🙏 We are enjoying time with Family and doing end of year inventory 😉 while having sick kids 🥱🫠 Cabelas Santa pictures is my favorite tradition that I hope to continue to do over the years. Love y'all. Thanks for the support in my fitness/business/ family, etc.

Ditch Chicks 2023
I had the opportunity to attend this event for the first time this year, and it was such a badass time! Met so many awesome people and got to Pheasant Hunt for the first time. It was a guided hunt with dogs, and wow, they were great! Bagged a Hen and a Chuckar. Can't wait till next year 🪶🤘🇺🇲

Me and my WHOLE family (hubby & 3 kids). We have done a 5k every year 2019. Last year we didn't get to do one because of hunting. The year before we did 2 5ks in 1Day. It's always such a good time and a good way to give back to your community while moving your body💪 I love seeing my kids grow and run longer than the year before... Leading By Example🤘❤️
