My travel must-haves 👌🏼

Just back from two weeks in Europe—and yes, I brought a tool kit. ✈️

💓 Pinky ball for foot + knot relief after climbing literally 50-75 flights of stairs a day in Portugal.
⭐️ Theraband for quick resets to keep hips + back happy.
🔮 Pilates ball (deflates flat!)—lumbar support, plane pillow, or my favorite: rib rolling to open up breathing.

The best part? They all pack down to the size of a softball. Everyone’s got room for that. 😉

Some weeks feel like a constant uphill climb.

Even as a yoga and movement teacher, I find myself neglecting my own body and ignoring its signals.

In this busy, fast-paced world, it’s easy to do.

But real rejuvenation comes from learning to listen—so you can fill your cup and keep doing the work.
