ORMC EM takes on EDC Orlando! We manage the zombie apocalypse style medical tent outside the Electric Daisy Carnival every year for experience in managing event medicine and acute intoxications!

Orlando Health EM is proud of how all our providers - doctors, nurses, techs, security, and all supporting staff - responded to the unfortunate situation we had occur in our emergency department yesterday morning at ORMC. They managed to keep calm and take care of patients as well as themselves. We are so thankful that everyone is safe. The emergency department can be a dangerous place, and we may occasionally put ourselves at risk to care for our patients. It is our compassion to care for others that drives us to come back to work after days like yesterday, and every day. Thank you to those who responded to the incident and put yourselves at risk to keep us safe. Thank you, everyone, for your care each and every day.
