On International Women’s Day, we celebrate strong women.
But many women who carry real responsibility know something most celebrations don’t talk about.
Strength often looks like pushing through exhaustion.
Holding everything together.
Showing up even when your internal pace has been elevated for far too long.
From the outside, you may look steady.
But steady on the outside doesn’t always mean regulated on the inside.
For women who lead in their homes, churches, organizations, and communities, the constant demand to “handle it” can quietly take a toll.
