This is your reminder that joy doesn’t have to be earned.
Peace doesn’t have to be postponed.
And fun doesn’t mean you’re ignoring responsibility.

It means you’re finally allowing yourself to breathe again 💛

Somewhere along the way, so many women were taught that calm comes last and happiness has to wait.
But choosing joy, even in small moments, is part of how we stop surviving and start living.

Laughing. Letting go. Being present.
That counts too.

I used to under-eat without even realizing it.
Especially protein.

I thought eating clan and “light” was the answer…

but I’m learning that fueling properly is what actually supports muscle, strength, and definition — especially in your 40s.

I’m still learning.
I’m still adjusting.

I’ve always taken the kids.
