*About Kids Classes
Each class or event consists of fun and engaging activities such as music, games, dancing, and crafts, in addition to traditional elements of yoga including poses, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation.


*About Adult Classes

There are many different types and styles of yoga. My style is a Vinyasa Flow which connects asanas (postures) together by breath (pranayama); this form of movement warms the body, increases energy flow and calms the mind. Adult classes include:

* Power Yoga

* Flow and Stretch

* Power/Yin Combo

* Yin (Restorative)

* Gentle

* Chair

Our Story

Hello and welcome to my page! I started this page as Peace and Love Yoga after receiving my kids yoga teacher certification in 2014. Teaching kids and spreading the yoga bug was fun, rewarding and good for my soul!! In 2017, I received my 300 hour Registered Yoga Teacher certification, enabling me to share my love and passion for yoga with everyone!! At long last, I have updated this page with a brand new name, Ray of Light Yoga, to keep you informed about my class schedule; serve as a resource for all things yoga, meditation and fitness in the community and beyond; and bring love and unity in the Orlando community and to the whole world!

Why Ray of Light Yoga? Yoga has been a bright light in my life. Once upon a time, my world seemed dark. I had gone to yoga classes for a few years at different studios but was not a believer. I could take it or leave it. When a brand new studio opened in my neighborhood, I showed up. I didn’t know it at the time, but I showed up for me, for myself. I was a mom of two little boys and stuck in a rut. Thanks to the amazing instruction and welcoming embrace at this studio, yoga led me back to love, worth and purpose. I got hooked. It opened my eyes to possibilities of and confidence in myself, and I began training to share yoga with my community and with all of you. I love teaching yoga and I invite you to come to a class or two. Who knows, it might awaken a hidden passion in you too!!
