October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.
Grief after losing a pregnancy or infant can take many forms — sadness, guilt, anger, or even numbness. Every emotion is a natural part of the healing process.

There’s no “right” way to grieve, and no timeline for when you should feel better. Healing begins when we give ourselves permission to feel and to be supported.
