Great info!

Conflict is a natural part of relationships, especially for growing youth who are still learning emotional regulation and communication skills. The challenge is helping young people understand that disagreement does not require disrespect 💙

Through our Retain Your Brain workshops and peer support groups, students practice handling conflict in healthy ways. They learn how to express feelings without attacking others, take breaks when emotions are intense, and work toward solutions that preserve relationships.

This week is a reminder that teaching respectful disagreement is a powerful way to support both mental wellness and academic success. When families reinforce these skills at home, youth gain confidence in navigating challenges constructively 🌱
