Fantastic opportunity for an accomplished responsive design full stack web developer to join a rapidly growing company designing and developing custom web applications for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Key applications include business intelligence (BI), reporting and analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and business process automation for both desktop and mobile platforms. Be part of a small, energetic, and collaborative team that has embraced leading-edge web technologies. Today’s stack includes application front-ends with a responsive design using modern JavaScript frameworks (i.e. Aurelia and Angular), Bootstrap, HTML5, jQuery, and WebSockets. RESTful APIs served by Node.js, Oracle MySQL, Apache, and Linux hosted on Amazon Web Services round out the back-end.
Your responsibilities would span the software development process from requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Depending on your skill, you could own the application from end to end. Not much for formal, rigid, stifling methodologies, the company embraces a common sense, highly iterative, agile approach. The company believes in getting the application in front of the user as early as possible and rapidly adjusting based on feedback all the way to production.

Required Skills:
Experience across the technology stack described above (different flavors are okay in some cases).
Demonstrated expertise with a modern JavaScript framework (e.g. Aurelia, Angular)
Single Page Application (SPA) development
SQL expertise including stored procedures.
Comfortable moving around in Linux; shell scripting in bash a real plus.
Learning new things, and liking it.
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to IT is preferred.
