Three years ago my vitamin D levels were very low, and no matter what I tried, it was a struggle to get them up not matter what I did.

Fast forward to now—my levels are finally at ‼️⁉️

What made the biggest difference was consistency and finding something I would actually stick with daily!

For me, that ended up being vitamin sprays, by !

Vitamin D is one of those things that impacts so much more than people realize—immune function, bone health, mood, and energy levels. Low levels are actually really common and can leave you feeling off without a clear reason!

If you’ve been feeling more tired than usual or just not like yourself, it might be worth getting your levels checked.

A day late, but still taking a moment to acknowledge Certified Nurses Day and a part of my journey I’m really proud of. 🤍

My certifications:
➡️Electronic Fetal Monitoring
➡️Doula
➡️Childbirth Education

Those certifications come from a part of nursing that will always be close to my heart. My background is in Labor & Delivery (and after the hospital, IVF), and even though I haven’t worked in the hospital setting for the past 7 years, that experience shaped me in such a big way.

It’s where I learned so much about caring for, supporting, and educating women through some of the most important moments of their lives — and that has stayed with me ever since.

These certifications are more than titles. They reflect a passion that started years ago and continues to be part of who I am as a nurse today. ✨

Grateful for a few days in Texas full of learning, inspiration, and the kind of conversations that remind me why I love being a mobile IV nurse. 💉✨

Conferences like this always recharge my passion for what we do — from hearing new ideas and growing professionally, to meeting incredible people who share the same mission of helping others feel their best.

But honestly, the best part was the time spent with my Mobile IV Nurses family. The friendships, the laughs, the late-night conversations, and the support we have for each other make this community really special.
