Shayna is a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist and she is passionate about helping to facilitate healing through various therapeutic massage modalities including Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Cupping Therapy. She graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2012, studying the advanced Master Body Worker Program. She founded her business, Arnica Massage & Bodywork, in 2014. These deep tissue techniques are combined with a relaxing touch, personalizing each treatment to meet the client’s individual needs. These top quality treatment plans are complemented by locally-handcrafted massage oils to enhance the client's well-being. I slowly infuse whole Arnica montana flowers in pure jojoba oil to create the base of our signature salve line used during Ultimate Renewal sessions at .

Always handcrafted in small batches and poured by hand. One of the many little details that makes this salve so special 🤍

At the end of a long day, neck and shoulder tension is often the first thing we notice.

One of my favorite ways to reset at home as a massage therapist is using my mini scraper. I keep the pressure light and pay attention to how my body responds. If I find myself bracing or holding my breath, that’s my cue to ease up. Relief doesn’t come from forcing anything. It comes from working within what feels supportive 🤍

A few intentional minutes, paired with the right tools, can help the body soften and settle in for the night ✨

Through specialized prenatal massage training, I’ve learned how thoughtful positioning supports comfort, circulation, and safety throughout pregnancy. Side-lying allows the body to rest without strain, offering support instead of bracing.

When the body feels held and aligned, it can soften into rest and that’s where meaningful relief begins 🤍
