Some of these shouldn’t even be controversial, but here we are.

🌼 Blankets are washed after every client. No exceptions.

🌼 I will never wear headphones during your session.

🌼 Your table is sanitized between every client. No sheet stacking. Ever.

🌼 If something touches your body, it’s clean. Period.

🌼 You lead the tone of the session, always.

🌼 Silence is allowed. You don’t owe me conversation.

These might sound like small details, but they completely change how your body experiences a massage.

When you feel safe, supported, and not rushed, your nervous system actually allows your muscles to let go 🤍

So many massage therapists only focus on the back of the calf, but your lower leg works as a system.

On the front, you’ve got the tibialis anterior lifting your foot and controlling how it lowers with every step.

On the back, your gastrocnemius and soleus help you push off and create power.

And along the outer leg, the peroneal muscles are constantly working to stabilize your ankle and keep you balanced.

These muscle groups are always coordinating, and often working against each other.

So when one area is tight, overworked, or skipped, the others have to compensate.

That’s when you start to feel:
• calf cramps
• shin splints
• ankle instability
• knee discomfort

That’s why I never skip the front of your calves, because real relief comes from treating the whole system, not just the obvious spots.

Your body is all connected. Your massage should be too 🤍

When you finally find a massage therapist who lets you relax in peace

hallelujah 🤍

Nature doesn’t rush, and your body isn’t meant to either.

Time outside, slower moments, and plant-based support can make a bigger difference than most people realize 🌼

Most people don’t realize how much talking keeps their body “on.”
Even light conversation keeps your nervous system engaged.

And while that can feel comfortable…
it doesn’t always allow your body to fully let go.

As your massage therapist, it’s not my role to fill the space
or talk your ear off for an hour.

This is your time.

When things get quiet, something shifts.
Your breath deepens.
Your muscles stop bracing.
Your nervous system finally gets the signal that it’s safe to soften.

That’s where the real work happens.

You’re always welcome to talk…
but you never have to here 🤍

Headaches often don’t start in your head.
Tension in the neck, shoulders, and jaw can build quietly over time, until your body starts asking for attention.

Massage helps release that holding pattern
so your body can reset, soften, and feel like itself again.

04/13/2026

Most people wait until their body is screaming before they book a massage.

And when they finally do, it feels amazing. The tension softens. The pain eases. You walk out feeling like yourself again.

But a few days later, or a week if you’re lucky, everything starts creeping back in.

Not because massage “didn’t work.”
But because your body hasn’t had the chance to change yet.

Tight muscles don’t just “release” once and stay that way.
They’ve adapted to stress, posture, injuries, pregnancy, daily habits, sometimes for years.
Your nervous system has been living in a constant low-grade state of tension, basically survival mode.

And one session, no matter how good it is,
can only begin the conversation.

Consistency is what teaches your body something new.
🌼 Muscles begin to relearn what relaxed actually feels like
🌼 The nervous system starts to feel safe enough to let go
🌼 Pain patterns don’t just get managed, they begin to unwind
🌼 Your baseline shifts from tension → ease

This is when massage stops being a temporary fix and starts becoming real, lasting change.

This is also why I approach every session with intention, from the way I set up the table, to the tools I use, to how I work with your body over time.

Because your body isn’t a one-time project.
It’s something to be supported, consistently.
And you deserve to feel good more than just a few days at a time 🤍

If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of relief → pain → repeat, this is your sign to try something different.

Most arnica products are heavily diluted…this isn’t 🌼

We make our arnica salve using a 1:1 infusion ratio, meaning the jar is packed with whole arnica flowers before jojoba extract is even added.

No fillers. No shortcuts.
Just real, noticeable relief.

Tight muscles that won’t let go?

The by muscle scraper helps change that.

Less tension. More relief.

Results that actually last 🌼

Massage is often treated as something we earn. A reward after stress, pain, or burnout.

But when you only seek care once you’re already uncomfortable, your body is constantly playing catch-up. The real shift happens with consistency.

Monthly massage helps regulate your nervous system, reduce baseline stress, improve posture, and prevent small areas of tension from turning into bigger issues. The benefits build over time, supporting a body that moves better, sleeps deeper, and feels more at ease.

This is why we created our monthly membership 🌼
To make consistent care simple, accessible, and part of your routine.
