When I was pregnant I wanted to know:

- What is supportive for my baby and me that is natural and safe?

- How can I prepare for what’s to come?

I leaned on the wisdom and experience of my midwives, health professionals, and my background in holistic wellness.

I’ve also gotten several questions about my natural pregnancy, unmedicated birth at a birth center, holistic postpartum, and baby care.

Every pregnancy and birth is unique and special, and each mama’s journey deserves to be honored in its own way. 💞

For me, I have always been drawn to natural, holistic ways and being prepared was incredibly helpful.

I used to think fatigue and brain fog were just a normal part of a busy life.

Even though I was eating healthy, exercising, and taking care of myself, I still felt exhausted most days.

What I didn’t realize is that our food today isn’t the same as it was generations ago.

👉 Modern farming practices have depleted our soil, which means even organic food has less nutrient density than it used to.

👉 Most of what we find in grocery stores has traveled thousands of miles before reaching our plates, so it’s not as “fresh” as we think.
