ADHD Symptom Management-
When Cedarwood and Vetiver are diffused around children, it greatly improves their focus and learning capacity.

34 children with ADHD when given one of the three essential oil’s Cedarwood, Vetiver or Lavender to inhale or nothing at all it was found that it greatly improves their focus and learning capacity in a study performed by Dr. Terry Friedman MD and Dennis Eggett From Brigham Young University.

The children would take three deep inhalations three times a day from a bottle of essential oil held up to their nostrils for 30 days.

At the end the 30 subjects who re-took an EEG and T.0.V.A test found that the vetiver and Cedarwood oil groups experienced improvements in brain activity and a reduction in the symptoms associated with ADHD.
