Turn Stress Into Strength - Limited Spots Available
Anger Management Youth Program - Starts September 4th!

As a young person today, life can bring a variety of stresses and challenges from school pressure, to relationships, and complicated emotions. Our 12 Week Anger Management program is designed to help teens turn those challenges into strengths through focus, self control and positive decision making.

And it's not all serious, this program is engaging and fun, with great people, plenty of laughs, and even some prizes along the way!

Call to Register by: Friday August 29th
Starts: Thursday, September 4th
Time: 3:45 pm-5pm
Location: Wellness Center
