OM Center Community — We Need You 🤍

One of our own has experienced a devastating house fire and lost everything… their home, belongings, vehicle, and heartbreakingly, their beloved fur baby.

By the grace of God, they are safe—but they are starting over from nothing. Even basic essentials like clothing, toiletries, and daily necessities are gone. To make matters more difficult, there is no insurance coverage available.

She is part of our OM Center family—someone who shows up, cares deeply, and pours into others. Now it’s our turn to pour back into her.

One thing I truly love about mobile sessions is connecting with the energy of my clients’ homes. When I step into someone’s space, it allows the session to become even more intuitive and personalized.

I’m not just working on the body… I’m also honoring the energy of the space where life, stress, and healing all happen.

As I return to Missouri, I’ll be offering very limited mobile sessions, but I will still be available for home harmony visits where I come into your space to help refresh the environment through energy balancing and Feng Shui–inspired adjustments. ✨

✨ Something powerful happened in a session today… and it had nothing to do with muscles.

Yesterday I spent time studying musculoskeletal alignment and teaching massage techniques to another therapist. Continuing education and sharing knowledge is an important part of this work.

Today’s session reminded me how much the body holds beneath the surface. As physical tension releases, energetic layers often begin to shift as well, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to rebalance.

This blend of bodywork and energy work is what makes the work I do so powerful.

Grateful for the learning, the sessions, and another beautiful day helping people reconnect with their bodies.
