Breath+Create is a unique workshop that weaves together the healing force of breathwork with large-scale, intuitive artmaking. As you’re gently guided through a somatic breath journey, you’ll express your experience using bilateral drawing techniques – activating both sides of the brain and reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom.

Have you been experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, lots of worry, foggy mind, restlessness, go go go energy, doing to much, leaving self out, etc.....

We invite you to join us tomorrow. In a special place surrounded by the Cedar Trees full of Juniper berries. An Arboretum that is heated in the winter (don't let that cold front keep you away) and full of life inside. From 2pm-4pm (the warmest time of the day)
We will begin sipping on freshly brewed warm heart opening ceremonial Cacao imported from Prophecy Chocolate while opening the space.

We will settle into a gentle heart-mind light language meditation led by Erin Stites as she brings in communications from the sea. (Did you see the super pod of dolphins swimming together off the coast of Cali the other day? check it out here: https://youtu.be/LXIR9Cod6gs?si=7miA9gYyz9Idn9FG )

Then we will glide deeper into the body and begin the Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitated by Kristina Coll.

As we gently emerge a new, we will ground in with a warm fresh soup and integrate together in a closing circle.

Our dear Amy is in rest and recovery after a 10day flu battle and will be missed during this session. Erin and I have many of instruments to bring in that are called for tomorrow.

Investment in self is $65.

Bring with you blankets as body temperature may change during the Breathwork, water, journal and something to write with. Yoga mats will be provided if you wish to lay down OR bring a zero gravity chair as a nice option to bring the floor to you. (both theses options are highly recommended for full body surrender into the breathwork)
