Last month we launched this Job 1program, with our newest Super Trainer Jennifer Jacobs. It's designed to get you in the consistent habit of prioritizing yourself and your fitness – making healthy habits “Job 1."
THESE ARE MY OWN PERSONAL RESULTS with the program I am so freaking proud of this three kids, mom bod of mine. So proud not because of what it looks like but PROUD of everything it’s done and the humans it’s created AND it’s ability to gain strength and feel confident again!

Job 1, is a 4-week no-nonsense approach to functional training. The program features 20 minute workouts, 5 days a week , all at home, meal plans, support and accountability.
