Office space for rent in Oswego (2683 US Route 34), pictures included this time! Here are the details:
Office has windows facing south and we can discuss whether it is offered furnished or swept clean for you to create your own space.
Included in rent is a large room that I consider a community room that we currently offer yoga and sound healing classes. When those classes are not occurring, this space can be used for group therapy, larger family sessions or whatever your creative therapeutic heart desires.
There is a private waiting room, plentiful parking and no stairs to enter the office.
We self-clean the space as of now, but I am willing to discuss a cleaning crew.
$950 per month due on the 1st; its openly available to you Monday- Sunday all hours.

As of now, I am not considering reduced rent for less days per week or daily rent rates.
I have been in this space for almost three years and love it here; it's fairly quiet, property management is responsive and caring, and it is easy location to get to, so I really do not want to leave.

Another community is grieving after a tragic school shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, WI. According to CNN, this marks at least the 83rd school shooting which is the most recorded in a single year. That averages to a school shooting about every four days. News like this is really heavy. Maybe you feel numb. Maybe you feel angry. Maybe you feel scared. It’s ok that this hurts. If this news feels especially close to home—whether you’re a student, a parent, an educator, or someone who has experienced similar tragedy before—please know your pain is valid, and you are not alone in it.

The ripple effect of tragedies like this is immense. Take a moment to check in with yourself—breathe, step away, or talk to someone you trust if you need to.

Starting October 1st, we will be offering trauma-informed, mental health focused yoga and healing classes in the same office suite that I practice!! This extremely complimentary offering has been a vision of mine and Sarah Lindgren for at least six years. The classes will be small, with a maximum of 7 people per class and focused on healing.
