A little post-Thanksgiving reset ✨

I’ll be at Inner Peace Yoga Studio on 11/29 from 11am–12pm & I would love to have you there with me.

If you’ve been moving fast, holding a lot, or feeling like you haven’t had a minute to just be… I have space for you this week.

Yomassage is my favorite way to help women soften back into themselves through cozy positions, breath-work, massage, sound healing, and deep nervous system rest.

You don’t have to “do” anything. You just get to receive.

Available this week:
-1:1 private sessions
-Small group sessions (max of 4)
-Cozy, calm, come-as-you-are vibes

We can always feel the moment we slip out of ourselves.

It might be subtle, it might be loud.

Some days it may be a tiny drift.
Our breathing might feel shallow or maybe we feel fuzzy from brain fog.

And other days it hits hard. The overwhelm. The irritability.
That “how am I the one holding everything together?” feeling.
That moment where we catch ourselves disappearing into everyone else’s needs again.

Both are our body and soul saying the same thing:

Hey… come back.
You don’t have to carry it all like this.

Andddd before we know it, we’re back in old patterns:
overthinking, people-pleasing, shrinking our needs,
moving through the day on autopilot,
doing the “right” things but feeling miles away from ourselves.

It’s not because we failed. It’s because life gets loud and we play a powerful role in the life we’ve created.
Kids need us, the house needs us,
everyone else relies on us as their pillar.
And we all know that kids emotions speak louder than our own.

And our body…bless her.
She is the first one to whisper:
Hey… you left. Come back.

PAUSE whatever you’re doing… just for a sec.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Relax your cheekbones and eyebrows
Let your exhale elongate.
Land in yourself again.

You don’t need a 2-hour ritual to reconnect (although a 2 hour period of time alone to recalibrate is WONDERFUL).
You may just need one honest second with yourself.

Come home and reconnect.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to resonate and feel right for you.

And then make it a practice.

Repeat it again and again and again (maybe when washing dishes, rocking babies to sleep, when doing laundry, or at work).

You are your safest place to land.
Honor that.
Stay connected to you.

I’ve got ONE Self-Care Kit left from my soft launch. The first round just went out, and I've received great feedback so far!

These were made for the women juggling everything (kids, work, home, life) who just need small, simple ways to take care of themselves without adding one more thing to their list.

Each kit includes:

-a cozy flax & seed neck warmer (from Generations of Creations)
“Trust Yourself” long-sleeve shirt
-mug + tea
-journal + affirmations
-turmeric + vitamin C face-wash pads from Stars Sage Farm
-essential-oil inhaler
-tallow moisturizer from Charlie Farmer Inc.
-packed in a reusable bag you can take anywhere

Are you connected to your inner guide today?

That quiet, steady voice that shows up when everything around you feels REALLY loud.
The one who reminds you who you are, even in the middle of chaos.

For me, she’s the anchor that steps in when the kids are crying, when everyone needs something at once, when I can feel my own energy start to spiral.
She reminds me, this isn’t about me.
It’s just emotion moving through them.

And when I connect deeply with her, everything shifts.
I can breathe again. I can see my kids’ needs more clearly. I can respond instead of react.

That’s what connecting to your inner guide can do.
It can pull you back to center.
It can keep you rooted in your own peace, no matter what’s happening around you.

She’s not separate from you — she is you.
Your light. Your wisdom. Maybe your piece of the divine.
And when you stay close to her, everything may start to feel a bit softer and you may feel more calm.

A morning prayer for you, if it resonates.
Something to connect with to remind us to slow down, ground into ourselves, and be present before the day takes off.

We don’t need to have a perfect routine.
We just need a moment to come back to ourselves — to remember that we can move through the day with presence, not pressure.

It’s not about becoming less busy.
It’s about finding more presence in the life you already have.

You can feel grounded while your kids are laughing in the background,
while dinner’s on the stove,
while your world is still spinning a little too fast.

You don’t have to escape your life to feel calm —
you just have to keep coming back to yourself, grounding yourself in who you are.

That’s what I mean when I talk about real wellness.
It’s not a routine or a perfect plan.
It’s a way of being — in your body, & in your real, messy, full life.

There’s so much noise about what we should be doing — the timeline we’re supposed to be on.
Marriage by this age. Career by that age. Kids, goals, growth, success — all mapped out like there’s one right way to do life.

But your timing is sacred.
It’s not late. It’s not early. It’s yours.

Every season is preparing you for something you can’t see yet — and when you force it, you miss the beauty of what’s already being built.

I’ve learned that when I honor my own timing, life unfolds with more contentment and everything starts to make sense in its own way.

So if you’re waiting, becoming, or rebuilding — trust that it’s happening right on time (you’re always right on time).
