We are a family practice based on the scientific fact that structure of the spine affects how the body functions. We believe that health is among the most valuable possessions. Many people seek care in our practice and have one goal: relief. During this initial stage of care our obligations are to uncover the underlying cause of the health problem, suggest a plan to produce the fastest results pos

sible and offer ways that patients can participate in their recovery. The practice is owned by Dr. Nicole Titman or "Dr. Nikki". Dr. Nikki was born and raised in central New York and is a 2006 graduate of Mexico High School. She attended D'Youville College, in Buffalo, NY, where she received both her Bachelors of Science in Biology and her Doctorate of Chiropractic. She previously worked as an associate doctor at a practice near Rochester, NY. She decided to move back to her hometown and start a practice that allows her to serve the community that helped make her who she is today.

Typically, your first adjustment occurs on the second visit, after Dr. Nikki has reviewed your health history, analyzed your scan results, and developed a personalized care plan.

YES! We have the pleasure of treating little ones right after birth! We use very gentle and specific techniques to care for and adjust babies. Babies grow and develop at a rapid rate, so it is super important for their nervous system and body to communicate properly, to help them continue to thrive! ❤️

Her primary method involves an instrument called an Activator—a spring-loaded device with a rubber tip that delivers gentle and specific adjustments suitable for all ages. This technique doesn't produce the typical "cracking" sound associated with manual chiropractic adjustments.
