Here’s a look at some of the new services we’re now offering at Simmons Family Chiropractic!

Both services are led by Dr. Alexis and designed to go beyond the adjustment by supporting your health from multiple angles.

📸 PostureScreen Rehab
All new patients will receive a PostureScreen analysis as part of their initial evaluation. Existing patients can choose to add it to their care if they’d like to incorporate posture-based rehab. Patients who opt in will also get a 1-on-1 session with Dr. Alexis to review personalized corrective exercises in-office. This takes about 15 extra minutes during the first rehab appointment and just 5–10 minutes at follow-ups, conveniently scheduled alongside your chiropractic visits. It’s a great way to support posture, mobility, and long-term spinal health.

🧪 DUTCH Hormone Testing
The DUTCH Test is a comprehensive at-home hormone test that looks at:
* S*x and stress hormones (like estrogen, progesterone, testosterone & cortisol)
* Melatonin and DHEA
* Hormone metabolism & detox pathways
* Neurotransmitter activity

When ordered through our office, it includes the test kit plus a 30-minute consultation with Dr. Alexis to go over your results and receive holistic, root-cause-focused recommendations based on your unique hormone profile.
