I love diffusing doTERRA On Guard in the evening while the family winds down. It makes the whole house smell clean and cozy.

Sometimes I’ll mix it with a drop of Wild Orange or Cinnamon Bark for a fall twist.

One of my favorite DIYs:

In a glass spray bottle, mix:

20–30 drops doTERRA On Guard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Fill the rest with water and shake before using.

It’s great for countertops, doorknobs, and anything that needs a quick refresh.

I have been married for 35 years. I am a mom to 5 kiddos, one when she married my oldest son. I have a beautiful granddaughter that I am really enjoying. We are also the parents to one slightly over-weight miniature Dachshund named Duckie.

I have been an essential oil enthusiast for the past 5 years. I love sharing oils with anyone who will listen. They provide me with natural solutions to everyday issues and stresses. They are incredible at supporting all the systems of the body. They are used in my home regularly to support health, immunity, mood and general well-being. Our household is working on eliminating toxins from our home and so we even use our oils to clean and disinfect.
