But give your self some GRACE ❤️ during your health and wellness journey. Not every workout will be your best.
I have had ALOT going on the last few weeks and I’m still getting over a lingering cough. My workout this morning was definitely not the best. I didn’t lift my heaviest I couldn’t go my hardest. But I listened to my body and I did it.
Not every workout has to be intense.
Movement is medicine!
