I recently started taking classes to become a certified brain health coach. I am learning more about the brain and body and how the brain can be retrained. I am learning about the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects and how this affects our brain and life. It is so important for us to understand how important and powerful this spiritual component is. Today’s devotional is perfect timing for Easter Monday. Just close your eyes and sit with these words. See where the Holy Spirit takes you and what is revealed to you.
