Shoutout to one of my besties for putting this idea in my head, because the falling shower water playing my tongue drum is actually the most peaceful way to start the morning. The melody softens in the steam and travels through the whole space, almost like the water and sound are working together.

It’s such a simple ritual, but it pulls me right out of my mind and back into my body. A little cleansing, a little grounding, a little melody that carries me into the day calm and clear.

✨ The New New ✨ Wisteri-Yoga is my foundation, my home for healing — a space where yoga and Reiki weave together through the chakras, blending light work, shadow work, and deep embodiment. From restorative and sound-bath sessions to chakra-focused yoga and Reiki trainings, every offering has always carried one message: healing begins when we remember ALL of who we are.

Over time, these teachings are growing beyond the mat. Becoming journals, manuals, and published guides — words that move through me and into the hands of students around the world. These seeds have continually been blossoming into something bigger.
