Dear clients, family and friends,
I am a nationally certified, licensed massage therapist. I operate my business by having scheduled appointments of clients getting professional body work done. So when you same day cancel or reschedule, that affects my livelihood. It not only hurts how I make a living, but keeps someone else from getting an appointment for bodywork. I ask my friends, family and clients to respect my time and profession. I do have a same-day cancellation policy, any appointment canceled the same day will be charged the full price. If you’re using a gift certificate or a session purchased in a package, you forfeit that certificate or session. Thank you again for understanding and respecting my policy and time.
