Healthy Eating!

Be careful if you get and about today. The roads and sidewalks are definitely slick and the snow doesn’t make drivers drive any better.

If you do get in an accident or fall on a sidewalk don’t wait to get schedule. Studies show if you start care within 7 days your results are better and it’s less likely to become chronic.
