Build practical skills to navigate emotions and boundaries, improve relationships, and stay grounded when you’re feeling overwhelmed. This virtual DBT Skills Group offers a supportive, judgment-free space to learn tools around balancing acceptance with change and feeling more connected to self. . Perfect for adults wanting structure, coping strategies, and guided skill practice alongside their individual therapy.
This group will be 10, one-hour virtual sessions focused on skill building from a DBT framework. After you sign up, participants will be emailed a breakdown of what they need to get started, including a workbook and intake paperwork
