What an amazing week it has been! 🤸‍♀️

On Monday my company Corporate Wellness KC was a sponsor at and provided chair massage for the golfers at the event.

This is the annual fundraiser and these ladies were a blast.
So greatful to have been a part of it.

My heart is so full! 💓

An amazing company and amazing team! We'll be back next month for chair massage! I can not wait! 💆‍♀️

Yes they showed up early for themselves, one of the comments was that "it was a great way to kick off the day"

Join Nicole, Joslin and Jordin for sunset Yoga and Breathwork on one of the most breathtaking rooftops in Midtown. 🌅

This will be a fun 💕 workshop combining powerful yoga poses designed to create strength and confidence 💪🏽 along with yin style poses to inspire greater mobility and flexibility. 🙆‍♀️ (This offering will be accessible for everyBODY, and all levels-from beginner to the seasoned yogi are welcome)😃

You will be skillfully guided through different breathing 🌬️techniques to help encourage internal harmony leaving you feeling grounded and fully connected. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

We invite you into a community tea ☕️ experience at the conclusion of the workshop while soaking in the views. ⛱️

Each guest will leave with a goodie bag to continue your relaxation experience at home. 🎁

It’s a journey not a destination. Never arriving always becoming.

As I am on this beautifully deep and personal journey with Jesus he knows me so well.

He knows anxiety lives in my body.
He knows that my thoughts race uncontrollably at times.
He knows that stress creates discomfort in my body.
He knows that I have a tendency to want to escape and feel none of it.

So He gave me yoga.

With each breath I’m reminded just how close he is.
With each movement I’m reminded why I’m here.
Finding calm, finding stillness, finding God in the quiet of my soul. Steady, strong, anchored. ⚓️✝️
