YoUnite YOUNITE is a way of interacting and engaging with Tutera staff, residents, families and greater community of which we are a part.

YOUNITE is an approach to individualizing care while creating a sense of community and belonging for each individual who works, lives and enters Tutera senior living and health care environments. We want those engaging in these environments to feel heard and valued. YOUNITE is the avenue we have created for this to occur within 5 areas of emphasis: Resident Choice, Homelike Environment, Staff Appreciation, Community Involvement and the Dining Experience. The goal is to take suggestions in each of these areas, and put them to action. YOUNITE is designed to depict who we are and this page is a direct representation of our community members and the unique initiatives they are working on in their buildings. It is above all, to share our stories.
