Trauma especially in childhood is a leading factor in how someone will typically age and go through major hormone shifts like menopause for women.
The tough part about being a medical practitioner is that although I can listen and advise, trauma is layers deep in the brain and the body.
From traveling and ministering in areas that have had a lot of heavy trauma to seeing thousands of patients one on one clinically, there’s significant complications in health and hormonal balance that’s far more difficult to overcome in those that have experienced trauma.
There’s a piece of it that’s related to poor coping mechanisms that often are associated. There’s also damage down to the cellular and telomere levels.
I believe fasting to be a major answer. This is my first time teaching my personal study and research on this topic so pardon my reference to my notes but I hope you grasp God’s beautiful plan in fasting. Science is catching up to principles we should have been living my all along.
