Everyone make sure to check insurance policies as the new year brings potential changes to plans/deductibles/copays! If you have a new insurance, please make sure to let me know so there are no out of pocket costs. I’m in network with United, BCBS, Healthchoice, Healthcare Highways, Aetna.

If your insurance changed and I’m not in network, the cash price is $150. If that isn’t an option, I will be happy to make a referral.

I will no longer be accepting new clients with Cigna or Triwest. If you are a current client with Cigna or Triwest, we will discuss privately on future care.

Good morning family! It would be a great opportunity to focus on what goals you’d like to accomplish in 2026. This could be spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally. What I to stick to are short term goals and long term goals. Both need to be attainable and specific. For example, if you put “I want to work on my mental health,” maybe we can adjust that to something like “I want to work on being less tired” or “I want to get out of bed 5/7 days.” If you need help, bring your goals into session this next week and we can do them together! Happy New Year! 🥳

This morning when I woke up, yes I thought of my family and friends, but I also thought about you.
Showing up each week working really hard.
Vulnerable moments and hours of processing.
Triumphs and successes.
Even though it is a business relationship, it’s a special one. I hold you all very near and dear to my heart and sometimes, you even teach me new things. To all of my clients, I am so very proud of you. ❤️

Prevention versus reactionary.

With the holidays coming up, many of us can identify what we struggle with during this time. Take what you know the area of concern is and tackle it with prevention. Is there a way to change that situation? Respond differently? There are usually factors that can be changed around to make a situation more attainable.

Is aunt Linda asking you inappropriate questions at the dinner table?

OR

Too much chaos in a different environment?

Use the buddy system. Have the buddy sit next to Aunt Linda instead of you. Having a buddy can reduce the stressor of being in a new environment.

Think-how can we change the trajectory of the end result!
