The space between Christmas and the New Year can bring a lot to the surface. This recovery focused yoga offering through Align By TrueNorth is designed to create room to breathe, reflect, and gently reset before stepping into the year ahead.

Year End Recovery Focused Yoga with Jess is a 90 minute practice rooted in mindful movement, breath, and intention. While recovery centered, this class is open to anyone seeking grounding, clarity, and connection during this reflective time of year.
