To all my Realtor friends, Superior backyard pools is now offering a pool inspection. If your buyer is considering purchasing a house with an inground or above ground pool, it is essential to notify them of potential issues that may not be immediately apparent. Since the pool is likely a key factor in their interest in the property, they should be aware of any necessary repairs or replacements, such as fixing busted lines or installing new liners, to avoid unexpected expenses after the purchase.

First time homeowners that has an inground pool should always get a pool inspection before purchasing the home. If you don’t, your wallet suffer the consequences. DO not take the sellers word!!

Our full inspection will include pressure test of each line return skimmers bottom drains we will test the water to see if the chemicals have been balanced. We will fill the liner and check its integrity. We will also check the walls for rust. We will take a magnet . We will also check the sand in the sand filter and your pump.

If You’re in the market to buy home that already has a pool installed. Give us a call to come and inspect it and give our educated guess on the integrity of the pool.

Although summer is drawing to a close, we are continuing to execute our inground pool installations at full capacity. We have recently completed a 16 by 32 installation featuring an 8-foot walk-out step descending into a 6-foot deep end, complemented by a slide for children. The pool area is finished with our signature stamped concrete.

As the process was lengthy, the finished product was well worth the effort. This pool will not only provide relaxation, but also serve as a valuable tool in the physical therapist's toolbox to aid our friends at the Wendal Foster. The pool's design was tailored to meet the specific requests of physical therapists, ensuring the maximum level of improvement. Although we strive for perfection, we recognized the need to start at the bottom and make incremental improvements to achieve our goal. We would like to extend our gratitude to Hayden Construction for their collaboration on this project, as they were exceptional to work with. We are fortunate to have the best community around us.

We give a big Thank you to Chad Underhill for directing and leading this project to the finish line, and all party's involved!!!

I have sponsored numerous teams in the past, but this particular one holds a special significance for me. I received a call informing me of a sponsorship opportunity for their weekend tournament, and I promptly provided the necessary funding. The experience was ordinary until I received a photograph of the team with my father holding a trophy, and subsequently, they presented us with the trophy to keep. Not an updated picture, but on Monday, we will be pouring the concrete deck around the pool, and on Tuesday, we will proceed with pouring Pool Crete and installing the liner!!
