Some people leave you overthinking, drained, and questioning yourself 😩

That’s not normal. The right people won’t have you spiraling after every interaction. The more time you spend together the safer you should feel. 💗

If you’re constantly exhausted after being around someone, that’s your nervous system telling you something is off…so pay attention🚨

You deserve relationships that feel like peace, not pressure

Read that again.

Sometimes your intuition is trying to get your attention while you’re busy giving people the benefit of the doubt they haven’t earned.

If you feel:
• more confused than secure
• like you have to earn consistency
• drained or anxious after interactions

That is not a safe place.

So no, you’re not asking for too much.
You’re just asking the wrong person.

🚩 Stop explaining away what doesn’t feel right.
🚩 Stop shrinking your needs to keep the peace.
🚩 Stop choosing potential over their patterns.

That urge to cancel plans, shut down, ghost, or avoid hard conversations… isn’t random, it’s your nervous system trying to keep you safe.

✈️Flight response =
-Avoidance
-Overthinking instead of acting
-Leaving before things get uncomfortable

It usually starts in environments where emotions felt overwhelming or unsafe, so your brain learned tha distance = safety

The problem ❌
What once protected you… now keeps you disconnected from situations, people, and emotions
